Summary of significant progress includes:
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing rough-in with the needed modifications got completed, inspected, and passed
- Grease trap got installed and inspected
- Propane gas pipes re-routed to combine the two tanks
- Network CAT6 cables installed
- Pre drywall inspection passed; insulation for sound reduction; drywall installation started
