Summary of significant progress includes:
- Plumbing rough-in with some modifications completed and inspected
- Mechanical rough-in inspection revealed fire-damper needs; it required an update to the architectural drawing and submission; completed
- New Propane tank installed and connected; heating started for the winter
- Interior wall framing changes at the fire-rated wall completed; backing boards in progress
- Site grading and clean up; exterior doors got painted
