- North exterior face completed with brickwork; concrete patio and electrical service area
- Interior wall framing mostly completed; delay of several weeks due to building inspector’s feedback on fire-rated walls; issue is resolved by architect’s revised drawing and related additional work on framing
- Interior details including flooring material, wall and door colors,
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in continued; fixtures selection in progress
- Propane tank location revised based on the Dallas County inspector’s feedback
